The duration of delivery is calculated from the pickup at our shipping center to the desired destination and may vary accordingly depending on the delivery destination.

USA: 7-14 business days * (standard shipping)

Canada: 7-14 working days * (standard shipping)

Australia: 8-15 working days * (standard shipping)

* All stated delivery times exclude customs and related customs delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand such as Christmas, Black Friday or similar special offers.

Covered by insurance

  • Yes, normally orthopedic shoes do get covered by insurance. Please ask your medical advisor if this purchase will get covered for you.

  • Most of our shoes are limited edition and once they sell out, we don't restock them. We often add new pairs, so be sure to check back.

Exchange Portal

60 Day Wear Test Guarantee

  • We are so confident in our shoes and the technology that we offer a bold 60 day wear test. This applies only to footwear worn under normal use and conditions. 
  • "Comforthofit" will replace, free of charge, any defected product covered by this Warranty, however, "Comforthofit" will allow only one defect replacement per order.
  • This Warranty does not cover any footwear product, which has been modified or repaired by any person not authorized by "Comforthofit".

Returns and Refunds

  • Yes of course. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive the full refund as this process involves sending the product back to our warehouse and then processing the refund.
  • If the shoes show obvious signs of use, they can no longer be exchanged and the money back guarantee expires.

Your order can not be refunded 

If you refuse, your order will be sent back to a large fulfillmentcenter - which is not meant for returns - so we can't refund your order either.

General information


  • Theoretically, this is possible, but since our shoes are made of many different materials, we do not recommend it. We recommend to wash the shoes only in hand wash.
